betjel (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") is an online gaming service operated for users in Bangladesh. The terms and conditions described below (hereinafter "Terms") apply to the betjel website and all of its services.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

betjel may verify a user's identity at any time when required. A National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification may be requested for this purpose. If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be suspended.

3.1 Deposit Rules

For deposits on betjel, we accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes only.

• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳14,000 or more gives a ৳8,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (15x wagering). The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until wagering is completed.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; unused bonuses are cancelled after the period expires.
• If bonus abuse is detected (multiple accounts, manipulation, etc.), the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• betjel reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• A user may use each promotion only once.
• Separate terms may apply for free bets and cashback offers.

betjel's VIP program has four tiers. By playing regularly, users can move up to higher tiers and enjoy special benefits.

5.1 VIP Tiers and Weekly Cashback Rates

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

5.2 Cashback Rules

• Weekly cashback is credited to the account every Monday at a set time.
• betjel's decision is final in determining eligibility for cashback.
• Cashback will not be paid for any period during which the account is suspended.

betjel believes that gaming is for entertainment — not a guaranteed way to earn money. We encourage our users to play responsibly.

• Bet within your means — the possibility of losing is always present.
• Avoid placing large bets driven by emotion.
• If you notice signs of addiction, seek help immediately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betjel and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Using technical exploits or bots to manipulate game outcomes.

• Losses resulting from a user sharing their password or login details with others.

10.1 Closure at User's Request
